I AM HUMANITY is a global movement that promotes the needs of humanity as a whole, including future generations.
I AM HUMANITY was born from the realization that there is an opportunity for humankind to mature to embrace our connection with each other and with all of nature.
The world is at a turning point. We face rapid technological acceleration, climate destabilization, geopolitical volatility, social fragmentation, and existential stress.
In such times cynicism looks smart, fear feels justified, and resignation seems realistic, but humanity does not survive - much less flourish - through fear or resignation.
I AM HUMANITY, as a declaration, opens the door to the vibrancy of the earth and humanity, celebrates the pulse of life flowing through and connecting us, and calls for a world where all people and our planet thrive. We survive and flourish through shared purpose, solidarity, imagination, collaboration, belonging, and the courage to create.

I AM HUMANITY is a global movement dedicated to the flourishing of all people — today and for future generations.
Like the environmental movement reminds us we are part of nature, I AM HUMANITY reminds us we are part of one humanity, connected across cultures and time.
In a world of climate crises, political instability, and new global challenges, it’s easy to feel resigned. Yet humanity already has the creativity and resources to thrive.
What’s missing is a compelling shared narrative of flourishing — one that empowers us to proactively shape a peaceful and vibrant future.
Becoming One Humanity
The emergence of I AM HUMANITY marks a turning point in our history. With global communication and travel, we have, for the first time, become functionally one humanity — interconnected yet diverse.
We delight in the cultures, languages, and ecosystems of our planet, seeing differences as opportunities for creativity and adventure. At the same time, we must develop new stories and practices that calm anxieties, nurture unity, and celebrate achievements.
Together, we can step forward — creating traditions, imagination, and actions that beckon us toward a flourishing future.
